Flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), and health reimbursement account (HRA) eligible. I am able to accept payment from any insurance company who provides these benefits.
If your insurance plan is a PPO plan with out-of-network benefits, I use Thrizer to lower your out of network fee. Learn more here.
